falloutWay, way back in the ancient history of geocaching, Half-Canadian and Scooter the Wonder Dog held their first Geo-Halloween themed event in October of 2004, “Fourth Corner Fallout”.  About 30 hardy cachers from northwest Washington and British Columbia got together for burgers and conversation, along with a night-time stroll through the Haunted Fairhaven district of Bellingham to hunt down 13 hidden creepy caches.  Since then, her annual events have grown in popularity, attracting geocachers from as far away as Europe, the US East Coast, Idaho, Colorado, northern British Columbia and Oregon, as well as all over Washington state.
