Big events take a team to make them work smoothly, and this one will be no exception! This year, we need people to help with:

Saturday morning check-in and registration from 7:00 – 9:00 am. You’ll be distributing name tags and registration materials, goodie bags, monitoring the refreshment table (coffee and bakery treats) and answering questions. If enough people can help out during those hours, we can split it into two hour-long shifts to give everyone as much possible time out caching as they like.

Saturday from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the dinner event location. You’ll be checking in cachers as they arrive for the dinner event to ensure they have a color-coded nametag showing they have already prepaid for their meal, and as space permits, collect the meal fee for those who have decided to wait until the last minute for the dinner event by paying at the door.  We’ll also need help distributing the geocoins during the evening.  Your shift will last just one hour so you can enjoy your dinner and visit with friends too!

If you are available to help out with any of these simple tasks, your help will be greatly appreciated, and there will be a special volunteers-only pathtag and special name badge for you in appreciation for your help. You’ll be able to check off how you’d be able to assist on the registration page.
