This year’s event highlights the historic Clamshell Railroad that transported people and cargo from the ferry dock on the Columbia River’s north shore to the north end of the Long Beach peninsula.  Visit the whistle stops along the way and find new geocaches placed for the event, and learn some great historic trivia about the early days of transportation in the area.

Finding the special themed caches in this geo-adventure will earn you a collectible event geocoin!  These prized geocoins are sure to be snapped up quickly and supplies are limited, so be sure to register for the event ASAP to ensure your place on the list!
